WhatsApp follow-up for unanswered AI calls
When the AI Lead Qualifier or a calling campaign can't reach a lead, BizzBuzz can start a WhatsApp sequence of approved templates. It stops as soon as the lead replies.
Booking fees
Businesses can charge a fee to request a booking, paid online through their own Razorpay. Cancelled or declined bookings can be refunded in full or in part.
