BizzBuzz provides tools to send broadcasts and automated messages via WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Instagram, and Messenger. You are strictly responsible for ensuring you have obtained explicit, verifiable opt-in consent from all contacts before sending them marketing communications. You agree to comply with all applicable anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA) and the specific commerce and messaging policies of our integration partners (e.g., WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy).

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Features

Our Service includes automated response capabilities (AI Agents/Copilots) configured by you. While we strive for accuracy, BizzBuzz is not liable for the exact content generated and sent by AI models acting on your behalf. You are responsible for monitoring AI interactions, setting appropriate guardrails within our platform, and handling escalations.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Connecting your BizzBuzz account to third-party platforms (Meta, Twilio, Google, etc.) requires compliance with their respective Terms of Service. BizzBuzz is not responsible for the suspension of your third-party accounts (e.g., a blocked WhatsApp Business number) resulting from your violation of their terms.

5. Accounts and Subscription

You must provide accurate account information. Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) according to your chosen tier and usage limits. Overage charges may apply if you exceed your plan's included limits.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of BizzBuzz Inc. The Service is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Termination and Liability limitation

We may terminate or suspend your account for breaching these Terms (such as sending unsolicited spam). BizzBuzz Inc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your use of the Service.
