1. Data Processor Role & Cross-Channel Identity
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), BizzBuzz acts as a Data Processor for the lead and customer information you collect. Because BizzBuzz creates a unified identity for contacts across WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and SMS, any Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) or "Right to be Forgotten" deletion request executed via our platform will simultaneously clear all linked identifiers, messaging histories, and metadata across every connected channel.
When a unified contact requests deletion, the platform triggers a cascading delete operation within Convex. This propagates through the primary contacts table, completely destroying all linked conversationEvents, messages, intents, and tracking hashes within milliseconds.
2. Automated Decision Making (AI)
BizzBuzz utilizes Artificial Intelligence to power intent detection, lead scoring, and automated routing rules. By default, these AI processes act strictly as support signals for human agents. If you choose to enable 100% automated AI Copilot responses, you remain the Data Controller responsible for ensuring this automated processing complies with GDPR Article 22 rules regarding "Automated individual decision-making."
