Is BizzBuzz cheaper than WATI?+
Not at the entry level. BizzBuzz Basic is ₹5,999 a month, and WATI's Growth plan is $29 a month billed annually (as of 29 September 2026). BizzBuzz is priced as a multi-channel platform, so it makes more sense if you would otherwise pay for a separate Instagram or email tool, a review tool or a COD recovery tool. If you only need WhatsApp, price both against your team size.
Can I move my WhatsApp number from WATI to BizzBuzz?+
In most cases yes. A WhatsApp Business API number can be moved between providers, and approved message templates need to be re-submitted. Conversation history stays with your old provider, so export it before you switch. Contact us and we will walk you through it.
Does BizzBuzz charge extra per user like WATI's higher plans?+
BizzBuzz plans include a fixed number of agent seats: 2 on Basic, 8 on Growth and 20 on Pro. WATI lists additional users at $24 to $69 a month on its Pro and Business plans.
